Rental Policy

The all-inclusive package includes three meals a day; drinks including: beer, wine, champagne, soda, bottled water, and fresh squeezed orange juice; and staff to assist you.

Additional Guests

If you have additional guests joining who are not included in your reservation or staying at Villa Pura Vida, there will be a fee of $289 per person per day, which includes the meals and drinks.

Smoking

Smoking is prohibited inside Villa Pura Vida.  Smoking is allowed outside, but please be considerate and dispose of waste in receptacles.  Failure to follow these rules will result in the loss of security deposit.

Pets

We love pets, but we are sensitive to those having allergies.  No pets are allowed on the property, regardless of size or breed. 

Sensitive Plumbing

Any foreign objects that are flushed in a toilet and result in a blockage will result in a $300 charge

Final Payment

Final payment is due 60 days before arrival. Bookings made within 60 days of arrival are subject to complete payment.

Security Deposit

A $500 refundable security deposit must be paid on or before check-in and will be returned within 7 days of check-out, once the property has been inspected.  In case of accidental damage, guests are responsible for immediately notifying the property manager.  The property manager will look into the issue to determine if and how much the deduction or repair cost will be.

Cancellation Charges

  • 90 days or more prior to arrival, no charge
  • 89-60 days, 25% of package price
  • 59-30 days, 50% of package price
  • 29 days or less, 100% of the package price

Refunds

All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the check-out date. No refunds will be made due to delays, changes in airline schedules, or any individual decision not to participate.

Responsibility

F4 Tropicals and associated and/or affiliated subsidiary companies and your travel agency are not responsible for accidents, loss, detention, annoyance, delays, and expenses arising from quarantine, strikes, force majeure, failure of any means of conveyance to arrive, or depart as scheduled, government restrictions or regulations, discontinuance or change in transit or lodging, and other causes over which we have no control. As the full responsibility of the operation of any conveyance used for tours rests with the company(ies) or persons engaged in conveying passengers and said company(ies) of operation, compensation for any mishap must be sought in the country where the list inconvenience or accident occurred. Neither Villa Pura Vida nor its agents, suppliers, or travel agents shall assume any liability for a member’s failure to obtain the required documentation, in which case members will not be entitled to a refund. The passage contract in use by the airlines concerned, when issued, shall constitute consent to all provisions in the condition list. Neither F4 Tropicals or any persons affiliated with F4 Tropicals shall be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or deaths that occur on the property.  Guests are expected to carry travelers insurance, exercise due caution, supervise children, act responsibly, and report any damages or dangerous situations.
